Cindy LaJoy is a homeschooling mom of five wonderful children who are now thriving teens and young adults. During our conversation, Cindy shares stories about her family and the challenges they have faced (and overcome!) both in learning and in life. The LaJoy family is extraordinary. About Cindy LaJoy

Cindy and her husband have five children, two twenty-one-year-olds, two twenty-year-olds, and one 16-year-old.  All five children have been adopted from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. Two of her children were adopted as infants, two were adopted at the age of 10 and 11 years old, and one at 8 and a half years old. Cindy and her husband met on a CB radio, what they call “social media” before social media actually existed.
